At present, there are two troubles in the melt pump used in the PVB intermediate film extruder: one is that the sealing rings are set, the life of the sealing rings is limited, which needs to be replaced frequently; the other is that the inner cavity of the pump body needs to be lubricated frequently, which is also quite troublesome, so it affects the service life and working efficiency of the whole melt pump as a whole, so it is necessary to improve the melt pump.

The side wall of the pump body in the liquid inlet cavity is provided with a feed inlet, and the side wall of the pump body in the liquid outlet cavity is provided with a discharge The driving shaft extends out of the pump body and is connected with the driving shaft of the power equipment.
