What is a Melt Filter
Melt filter is an indispensable device in medium pipeline. It is usually installed at the import end of pressure relief valve, pressure relief valve, constant water level valve and other equipment of square filter. After the filter has a certain size of filter cartridge, its impurities are blocked. When it needs to be cleaned, as long as the removable filter cartridge is taken out and re-loaded after treatment, it is very convenient to use and maintain. The filter is composed of a simplified body, a stainless steel filter screen, a sewage discharge part, a transmission device and an electrical control unit. When the filter works, the water to be filtered flows through the nozzle filter.
The melt filter is composed of shell, multi-element filter element, backwashing mechanism and differential pressure controller. The diaphragm in the shell divides its inner chamber into upper and lower chambers. The upper chamber is equipped with multiple filter cores, which makes full use of the filtering space and significantly reduces the volume of the filter. The lower chamber is equipped with backwashing suckers. When working, the turbid liquid enters the lower chamber of the filter through the inlet, and enters the inner chamber of the filter element through the diaphragm hole. The impurities larger than the filter core slot are intercepted, and the purified liquid passes through the slot to the upper chamber and is sent out from the outlet.
