Different Material of Screen Changer Filter

When metal mesh is used in screen changer filter, it is mainly used for coarse filtration of plastic melt. It has good heat resistance, can be used repeatedly and has high cost. When selecting metal fiber felt for screen change filter, it adopts labyrinth three-dimensional structure, which has the advantages of low porosity, low flow resistance, strong contamination capacity, long service life and high filtration accuracy, but its cost is high and its application scope is small. When selecting sintered metal mesh for mesh change filter, it is made by special filling layer pressing and vacuum sintering technology. It has a new type of filter material with high mechanical strength and overall rigid structure. It has excellent filtering accuracy, filtering impedance, mechanical strength, wear resistance, heat resistance and other advantages.

The filter material of domestic melt screen changing filter manufacturer is mostly superimposed by multi-layer metal braided net. Its mechanical performance is lower than that of metal fiber felt and sintered metal net, but its cost-effective ratio is high, its application scope is limited, and it can be repeatedly cleaned and used, so it is widely used as the filter material of screen changing device.
