Non-stop screen changer for film blowing. On large single-layer and multi-layer co-extrusion film blowing units, we use our own patented structure-the overall cylindrical type of non-stop screen changer. Using high-performance steel and unconventional processing and heat treatment methods, it is equipped with a voltage stabilizing, lubricating and sealing mechanism. The voltage stabilizing mechanism "coordinates" with the main network to smooth out pressure fluctuations when changing the screen, and make the filter switch more stable. The unique sealing system and high temperature lubrication system "cooperate" so that the main body of the screen changer can withstand a pressure of 40~60MPa, and there will be no leakage of materials after 4~5 years of use. When the screen is changed, "relay type" automatic exhaust, no shutdown, no deceleration, no material leakage, no oil leakage.

After installing the screen changer, it can not only filter out impurities, but also greatly improve the plasticization and homogenization effect of the raw materials. The product texture is more uniform, and the surface quality and smoothness are better. In addition, the filter screen can be replaced without stopping the machine, which saves energy and reduces consumption, while increasing output and reducing labor intensity.
